By downloading or using Hardwood Dynasty (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
All teams, team names, mascots, logos, colors, players, coaches, and related content in the App are fictional. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any real school, university, conference, league, organization, athlete, coach, or other real person. Any resemblance to real names, places, or persons is coincidental.
If you add or import your own content (for example, custom team names and colors via the in-app editor, or a team file you load locally on your own device), you are solely responsible for that content and must not use names, logos, or trademarks you do not have the right to use. Such content stays on your device and is not distributed by us.
The free version of the App displays advertising, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game bonuses. Ads are provided by third parties; see our Privacy Policy for details and your choices.
You agree not to use the App in any unlawful way, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to circumvent purchase or advertising mechanisms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and your saved progress may be lost (for example, if you uninstall the App or clear its data).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or these Terms, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
