Frequently asked questions

Where are my saves?

Saves are stored only on your device, in up to four save slots. There is no account and no cloud sync, so deleting the app deletes its saves.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Store (from the main menu or Settings) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

What do the purchases include?

Supporter Pack (one-time): removes ads, and reward boosts are claimed instantly without watching an ad.
Hardwood Pro (one-time): everything in the Supporter Pack, plus Sim to (jump to any date, the tournament or the offseason) and the Editor (players, coaches, program names, colors and prestige, roster export and import).

There are no subscriptions.

Where do ads appear?

Free players see one full-screen ad a year, when a new season starts. Optional rewarded ads give extra recruiting points, a bigger NIL budget or extra training XP, and only play if you choose to watch one.

How do I use custom team files?

On the main menu, tap Load under “Fictional teams” and choose a team file. You can download the template from the same place. Team files are shared in the Discord.

Are the teams and players real?

No. All schools, players and coaches are fictional and not affiliated with any real school, league, conference or person.
